How do you recommend putting up the collage kits?

We highly recommend testing out different types of tape to see what will stick best on your wall texture! We have found that regular scotch tape (not double sided) or masking tape work best for us! When you’ve found a good tape, roll tape pieces up, stick them to the back corners of the page, then adhere the page to the wall. 

We do not recommend taping one page to another page. Instead, tape the page directly on the wall to avoid losing the whole collage if one page falls down. Of course you can still layer the prints and overlap, just try to keep the pages anchored to the wall so they aren’t putting too much weight on only a few pieces of tape.

International Shipping Information

International shipments are typically subject to additional customs/import duties. These are not included in the shipping price and need to be paid in order to receive your package. The shipping cost goes directly to the postal service and the duties go directly to your country of import. We do not collect any payment other than our product sales.

Problem receiving your order?

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot find it, please submit a claim HERE within 5 days of the DELIVERY DATE. After 5 days, we are unable to assist you and recommend that you contact the mail service who handled your package to file a missing package claim. 

If you have opted-out of Redo Package Protection Insurance, ShopTezza.com is not responsible for missing, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If you entered your address incorrectly and therefore do not receive your package, we are unable to send you a replacement or refund your purchase. Please ensure you are entering your information correctly! 

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your package as long as below criteria is met.

Please note:

We do not accept kits if the inner plastic wrapping has been opened.

Phone cases are not eligible for returns or exchanges as they are made to order.

We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, damaged, or tampered with.

International return shipping is the duty of the customer, we do not provide return labels.

Shipping costs calculated at checkout. We typically fulfill orders within 3-5 business days of ordering and shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on where you live.

What are the collage kits?

Each kit contains 150 full-page photographs (or 75pgs), taken by Tezza and Cole, printed on high-quality matte paper. Perfect for wall decorations in your dorm, home, office, or event space. A range of landscapes, people, text, and little moments that can be arranged any way you please. We have tried all sorts of designs on our walls- organized by color, light-to-dark, and even formed little groups of images with similar themes. The possibilities are endless and the creativity is all yours!

Tezza App FAQs

I want to change/cancel my subscription.

Your subscription can be managed within the settings of your phone.

Apple: Open the Settings app > Tap iCloud > Tap Subscriptions > Tap Tezza App > Tap Change Subscription Plan or Cancel Subscription.

Android: Open the Google Play Store > Check if you're signed in to the correct Google Account > Tap Menu. Subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to cancel. Tap Cancel subscription. Follow the instructions.

I have tried to reset my account password but have not received an email.

If you have created an account to save your Flows and click on “forgot password”, you should receive an email allowing you to reset your password. If you have not received this email, it may be due to a misspelling in the email address when you first created your account.

I started a free trial but my account was charged.

The Free Trial is only offered to new users (those who have not used a trial / held a subscription in the past). If you were immediately charged when you started the trial, it is likely because your Apple ID is showing that you are not a new user.

To request a refund, please contact the App Store Support as we do not handle subscriptions and billing for privacy purposes. They are typically quite responsive and should get you sorted out quickly.

I would like a refund for my subscription.

If you have cancelled and are still seeing charges or need to request a refund, you will need to contact the App Store Support directly as we do not handle subscriptions and billing for privacy purposes. They are typically quite responsive and should get you sorted out quickly.

My imported photos/videos are gone.

Photos and video imported into Tezza are not stored in any external server and only exist within the application on your device. If the application is deleted or you get a new phone, the imported media is deleted as well as it is not saved to your account and cannot be restored.

What is the difference between my account and my subscription?

Your subscription is associated with your Apple ID (or Google Play Store Account) and allows your access to the premium features within the app. Subscription settings are managed within the settings of your device.

Your account created within Tezza is only used for saving your Flows. A Flow is a recipe of your edit, almost like creating your own filter! The account is NOT linked to your subscription and you can use any email + password combination that you’d like.
